In 'Ladies and Gentlemen', The Rolling Stones perform live in Texas in 1972. Filmed over four nights of the band's 'Exile On Main Street' US tour, the concert film was premiered at the Ziegfield Theatre in New York on 15th April 1974 and released into selected cinemas across the USA shortly afterwards. 'Some Girls' features the band performing live on their 1978 American tour, which followed the release of their 'Some Girls' album. Filmed at the Will Rogers Memorial Center in Forth Worth, Texas on July 18th, 1978, the concert showcases the band's 'back to basics' approach both musically and visually, with the show's stripped-back feel reflecting the new punk rock attitude of the late 1970s.<br/><br/><i>Typ: Blu-ray / Limited Collector's Edition</i>

Heart, med systrarna Wilson i spetsen, behöver nog ingen närmare presentation. De har sedan 70-talet släppt femton album och haft odödliga rockhits såsom "Barracuda", "Alone" och "All I Wanna Do Is Make Love To You". De har också röstats in i Rock N' Roll Hall of Fame och har en stjärna på Hollywood Walk of Fame. På den här liven gästas bandet bland andra av inga mindre än countrystjärnan Carrie Underwood, Dave Navarro från Red Hot Chilipeppers och Alice In Chains. Heart framför många av sina mest älskade låtar tillsammans med dessa gästartister och bjuder även på fantastiska covers av Alice In Chains "Would" och "Rooster".

Rockikonen Marianne Faithfull summerar nu sin långa karriär med att släppa en live "best of" platta där hon framför tio av sina mest kända låtar, bland dem såklart "The Ballad Of Lucy Jordan" och "As Tears Go By". BD:n Innehåller även en livekonsert inspelad 2014 i Budapest och ytterligare fyra låtar inspelade 2016 i London.

The album by David Gilmour, 'Luck and Strange' was recorded over five months in Brighton and London and is Gilmour's first album of new material in nine years. The record was produced by David and Charlie Andrew, best known for his work with ALT-J and Marika Hackman, with lyrics mostly written by Polly Samson, Gilmour's co-writer for the past thirty years. The album features eight new tracks along with a beautiful reworking of The Montgolfier Brothers' 'Between Two Points', which sees Romany Gilmour, who performs backing vocals across the album, and can also be heard on harp.<br/><br/>Musicians contributing to the record include Guy Pratt & Tom Herbert on bass, Adam Betts, Steve Gadd and Steve DiStanislao on drums, Rob Gentry & Roger Eno on keyboards and the string and choral arrangements are by Will Gardner. The title track also features the late Pink Floyd keyboard player Richard Wright, recorded in 2007 during a 'Barn Jam' at David's house. The album's cover image, photographed and designed by renowned artist Anton Corbijn, is inspired by lyrics written by Charlie Gilmour for the album's final song 'Scattered'.
