The Rolling Stones - ett av tidernas ALLRA största band släpper det definitiva livealbumet: "GRRR Live!". Konserten är inspelad i New Jersey i december 2012 och ett taggat Stones gästas av bland andra Lady Gaga, Bruce Springsteen, The Black Keys, John Mayer och Mick Taylor.<br/><br/>Denna konsert har enbart varit tillgänglig på s.k. pay-per-view under 2012 (alltså betald stream) och har aldrig tidigare släppts. Konserten har klippts om och ljudet har remixats. <br/><br/>Vi får höra alla de älskade klassikerna, bland annat "It's Only Rock 'n' Roll (But I Like It)", "Honky Tonk Women", "Start Me Up", "Gimme Shelter", "Sympathy For The Devil", "You Can't Always Get What You Want" och "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction".

For over six decades, Simon has been making and performing music. Gibney explores Simon's collaborations and feuds with his childhood friend Art Garfunkel but focuses on capturing the recording sessions for Simon's latest solo album, 'Seven Psalms', conducted at his studio in Texas in 2021. Archival footage and interviews with Simon, his family and friends also feature.<br/><br/><i>Typ: Blu-ray</i>

The album by David Gilmour, 'Luck and Strange' was recorded over five months in Brighton and London and is Gilmour's first album of new material in nine years. The record was produced by David and Charlie Andrew, best known for his work with ALT-J and Marika Hackman, with lyrics mostly written by Polly Samson, Gilmour's co-writer for the past thirty years. The album features eight new tracks along with a beautiful reworking of The Montgolfier Brothers' 'Between Two Points', which sees Romany Gilmour, who performs backing vocals across the album, and can also be heard on harp.<br/><br/>Musicians contributing to the record include Guy Pratt & Tom Herbert on bass, Adam Betts, Steve Gadd and Steve DiStanislao on drums, Rob Gentry & Roger Eno on keyboards and the string and choral arrangements are by Will Gardner. The title track also features the late Pink Floyd keyboard player Richard Wright, recorded in 2007 during a 'Barn Jam' at David's house. The album's cover image, photographed and designed by renowned artist Anton Corbijn, is inspired by lyrics written by Charlie Gilmour for the album's final song 'Scattered'.

My whole philosophy with this has been to make it more like a live experience. And I've even got him moving about the stage a little towards the end, the way he would have in real life. Hopefully it just feels as if you're in the theatre with this amazing show going on."
