<p>Lena Israelssons Handbok för köksträdgården utkom första gången 2000 och blev direkt oumbärlig för alla grönsaksodlare - proffs som hemmaodlare. Här är nu en helt reviderad, utökad och aktuell utgåva med nyskrivna kapitel och uppdaterade sorter, fakta och odlingsmetoder.</p><p>Till grund för den här nya utgåvan ligger nya forskarrön, men också de erfarenheter som Lena Israelsson och andra odlare gjort under senare år.</p><p>Boken ger kunskap om alla former av ekologisk odling av köksväxter, i trädgårdsland för självhushåll, i villaträdgårdarnas pallkragar, i alla slags stadsodlingar, på balkonger och uteplatser. Tiden är förbi när köksväxtodling beskrevs som en trend. Vi är nu på väg att bli en odlande nation och det finns gott om skickliga grönsaksodlare.</p><p>Praktiskt taget alla köksväxter som går att odla i Sverige presenteras: grönsaker, kryddörter och bär. Men nu beskrivs de med ännu mer faktauppgifter och med nya, heta sorttips.
