Transformers One är den okända ursprungshistorien om fienderna Optimus Prime och Megatron, som en gång i tiden var nära vänner som förändrade Cybertrons öde för alltid.

"Spökterapeuten" doktor James Harvey (Bill Pullman) kommer till godset Whipstaff Manor för att driva ut några oönskade hyresgäster: det snälla lilla spöket Casper och hans tre odrägliga farbröder. Men planerna förhindras av att Harveys tonårsdotter blir vän med Casper.
