'Sisu' (2022) is set in Finnish Lapland in 1944 where gold prospector Aatami Korpi (Tommila)'s hard work pays off and he discovers a rich gold deposit. While travelling to the nearest town with a large amount of gold nuggets, he crosses paths with a Nazi battalion led by ruthless SS Obersturmführer Bruno Helldorf (Aksel Hennie). The Nazis are destroying settlements and taking prisoners as they retreat and they want Aatami's gold. Aatami, however, is skilled and fearless and will do whatever it takes to keep what is his. The sequel 'Sisu: Road to Revenge' (2025) is set in 1946 when Aatami returns to his former home in Soviet-occupied Karelia where his family was brutally murdered during the war. He dismantles his house entirely, intent on rebuilding it somewhere safe in their honour, but when the Red Army find out about his return they send Igor Draganov (Stephen Lang), the soldier who killed Aatami's family, to kill him. Unfortunately for Igor, Aatami is ready to fight to avenge his family and will not die easily, no matter how many men they send after him.<br/><br/><i>Typ: Blu-ray</i>

In 1936, the Palestinian people begin to revolt against British colonial rule and as the situation escalates, the lives of many people are profoundly impacted. These include Yusuf (Karim Daoud Anaya), a farmer who travels regularly to Jerusalem for extra work, journalist Khouloud (Yasmine Al Massri), dock worker Khalid (Bakri) and Afra (Wardi Eilabouni) and her family, whose way of life is threatened by the influx of Jewish settlers and the actions of the British Army. Meanwhile, High Commissioner Arthur Wauchope (Irons) claims to be helping both Palestinians and Jews but many see little evidence of this, while Captain Wingate (Robert Aramayo) continues to inflict unprovoked violence upon the Palestinians he encounters. The film, which is in turn based on the novelisation of the incident by Humphrey Cobb, stars Kirk Douglas as Colonel Dax, the leader of a group of soldiers who have already endured a great deal of horror in the trenches of France. When the vain and ambitious General Mireau (George Macready) orders Dax and his men to attack a well-fortified German position known as the Anthill, Dax informs him that the task is virtually impossible and will result in many deaths. Desperate for promotion, Mireau insists that the attack proceeds and is outraged when the second wave of soldiers refuse to enter the battle after witnessing the slaughter of their comrades. When Mireau and his acolytes select three soldiers for court-martial as scapegoats for the rebellion, Dax - a lawyer during his civilian life - elects to defend the men from the charges himself.<br/><br/><i>Typ: Blu-ray</i>
