Det finns inte nåt annat band i världen som så starkt personifierar en hel genre som Lynyrd Skynrd. De har helt enkelt blivit synonyma med sydstatsrocken!<br/><br/>För att fira 50 år som band uppträdde Skynyrd 2022 på den anrika Ryman Theatre i Nashville, och detta blev också den sista konserten för gitarristen Gary Rossington som gick bort kort därefter.<br/><br/>Vi bjuds på alla hitsen och mer därtill. Bandet framför hela femton låtar, bland dem också såklart superhits som "That Smell", "Free Bird" och "Sweet Home Alabama".<br/><br/>Lynyrd Skynyrd gästas på scen av Jelly Roll, Marcus King, John Osborne (The Brothers Osborne), Brent Smith (Shinedown) och Donnie Van Zant (Van Zant & .38 Special).

Vi får avnjuta konserten både från luften och med hjälp av de dussintals kameror som placerats på och runt scenen.<br/><br/>Den här konserten släpptes för första gången 2007, men den här nya versionen inkluderar den kompletta konserten som här har remixats, remastrats och klippts om. Hela fyra spår som inte kom med på första versionen inkluderas här, bland dom klassiker som "Tumbling Dice" och "Sympathy For The Devil". Rolling Stones är i sitt esse och framför bland annat "It's Only Rock 'n' Roll (But I Like It)", "Brown Sugar", "Start Me Up", "Wild Horses" och självklart också "Satisfaction".

Swans return with Birthing, the latest album, developed over the course of a yearlong 2023-2024 tour. <br/>Birthing is released via Mute and Young God Records. The initial pressings of the deluxe vinyl and CD include a bonus DVD featuring Swans Live 2024 (Rope) The Beggar, a concert film by Marco Porsia documenting the band's most recent US tour. The DVD also includes I Wonder If I'm Singing What You're Thinking Me To Sing, a documentary by Christopher Nicholson following Michael Gira's 2022 solo tour.

The setlist tracks Malmsteen's illustrious career, from his time in Alcatrazz with "Hiroshima Mon Amour" and "Evil Eye" and through his remarkable solo career with "Rising Force," "Far Beyond The Sun," "Arpeggios from Hell" and "Seventh Sign" all the way up to his most recent material taken from 2021's 'Parabellum,' with "Wolves At The Door," "Relentless Fury", (Si Vis Pacem) Parabellum," and not to mention rousing renditions of "Paganini's 4th" and "Smoke on the Water."<br/>The name of Yngwie Malmsteen has always stood for uncompromising excellence. In a career that now spans more than 40 years he has proven himself to be a unique artist. You can try to categorise him in any way you wish. But the manner in which this supreme Swedish craftsman has continually developed his music makes Malmsteen sublimely transcend any definition you attempt to impose.
