Trevor Edmond) and his girlfriend Julie (Melinda Clarke) are among the witnesses who gather at a top-secret army research centre to watch a newly-created serum reanimate a decaying corpse and transform it into a deadly bioweapon. After the experiment is over, the young couple are involved in a horrific motorcycle crash which kills Julie and leaves Curt obsessed with the idea of using the serum to bring her back to life.
