Jeff (Tobey Maguire) och Nealy (Elizabeth Banks) bor i en idyllisk förort och har varit lyckligt gifta i 10 år. Men när en familj av tvättbjörnar invaderar deras perfekta trädgård blir Jeff besatt av att utrota djuren med alla möjliga medel.
