Kim Tae-gon

Jung-won och hans dotter är på väg till flygplatsen i Seoul när en tjock dimma orsakar en stor kedjekrock mitt på en bro. Saker och ting tar en illa vändning när muterade militärhundar av misstag släpps fria från sitt transportfordon och börjar attackera människorna som är fast i kaoset.
