Having both recently turned 50, the pair contemplate their respective mid-life crises while touring the country in search of adventure, discussing Cervantes and doing impressions of some well-known celebrities along the way. 'The Trip to Italy' (2014), directed by Michael Winterbottom, follows Coogan and Brydon as they travel to Italy to retrace the steps of the legendary Romantic poets Byron and Shelley.
