En grupp FBI-agenter skickas till Saudiarabien för att lösa ett brutalt massmord och befinner sig plötsligt i kamp mot klockan för att hitta mördaren innan han slår till igen. De befinner sig mitt i skottlinjen, på okänd mark där de inte kan lita på någon och tvingas till slut slå ihop sig med sina saudiska motsvarigheter.
