Alongside the peripatetic pensioners, the programme also featured such varied favourites as; Betty The Auld Slapper who sat, open legged, retelling her invariably pornographic wartime remembrances, Ballistic Bob, to whom the most perfunctory task provided potential for unfettered rage and Eric The Activist who favoured doing unto animal abusers as they would do unto animals like pouring salt on a man salting snails then taking flight shouting his catchphrase, 'c'mon the slugs.'<br/><br/><i>Typ: DVD</i>

Beginning in 1935, the series follows widowed matriarch Louisa Durrell (Keeley Hawes) as she makes the life-changing decision to move with her four children from their home in Bournemouth to the Greek island of Corfu in search of a better life. On arrival, the family's excitement quickly dissipates as they confront the realities of adapting to life on the island without their old home comforts, or even electricity. While young Gerry (Milo Parker) uses the opportunity to indulge in his growing love of nature his older siblings, Leslie, Margo and Larry (Callum Woodhouse, Daisy Waterstone and Josh O'Connor), search for love and new friends as they attempt to start over on the island.<br/><br/><i>Typ: DVD</i>

In this instalment, the Doctor embarks upon an adventure with the First Doctor (David Bradley) and, while refusing to regenerate, the pair find themselves trying to help a First World War British Army captain (Mark Gatiss) who has become displaced in time and ended up at the South Pole with the Time Lords. After they are all abducted by a spaceship, the trio find themselves facing a new threat before the life of the Twelfth Doctor comes to an end and the Thirteenth Doctor (Jodie Whittaker) makes her first appearance.<br/><br/><i>Typ: DVD</i>

In 'Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy' (1979), Smiley has been in 'retirement' for some time, some say owing to his mishandling of the Czech scandal. However, the retiring superspy finds himself summoned back to the 'Circus' (British secret service) when it transpires that an enemy infiltrator is at work in the department. Smiley returns once again to his old department in 'Smiley's People' (1982) following the murder of his friend, General Vladimir, a Russian who once worked for British Intelligence. When it transpires that Vladimir was in fact a double agent, Smiley becomes engaged in a battle of wills with his old adversaries at the Moscow Centre.<br/><br/><i>Typ: DVD</i>

Anne Elliott (Sally Hawkins) has spent years regretting her rejection of Captain Wentworth (Rupert Penry-Jones)'s proposal of marriage, her family having been against the match on grounds of class. When he returns from sea they meet but, instead of finding romance, are kept apart through a series of misunderstandings. Anne is being pursued by her cousin, Mr Elliott (Tobias Menzies), while Captain Wentworth is regarded as a very eligible bachelor and has a stream of young women with marriage in mind beating a path to his door.<br/><br/><i>Typ: DVD</i>
