Lookin' For Trouble, The Dead Daisies' first full-length blues album, was imagined in March 2024 during sessions for their upcoming rock album, Light 'Em Up. After recording at Sienna Studios in Nashville, the band moved to Muscle Shoals, Alabama, to complete the album at the iconic FAME Studios. The famous sign above the entryway reads: "Through these doors walk the finest Musicians, Songwriters, Artists, and Producers in the World." This is as true today as it was in 1961. Since it first opened its doors, FAME has welcomed a literal who's who of music royalty with legends like Aretha Franklin, Wilson Pickett, and Etta James recording their classic hits there. Stepping into the same space the band - John Corabi, David Lowy, Doug Aldrich, Michael Devin, and drummer Sarah Tomek found themselves drawn into the deep musical legacy of the blues. After their rock sessions wrapped each night, they started jamming on blues classics for fun. Producer Marti Frederiksen quickly recognised the magic happening and pressed record. What started as impromptu late-night sessions evolved into Lookin' For Trouble, an album that crackles with the raw energy and rebellious spirit that made blues the foundation of rock 'n' roll.

Some shows are so momentous, they pass into rock 'n' roll folklore. When Gary Moore stepped onto the stage of Basel's Baloise Session on November 13, 2008, it was a true one-off, showcasing one of blues-rock's biggest names on one of the worlds respected stages. Nobody in the crowd that night suspected the great Irish bluesman was close to the end. But when Moore passed away little over 2 years later, aged just 58, the show took on added poignancy, kept alive in the memories of those who attended.<br/><br/>Now, more then 15 years later, the release of Live From Baloise Session on Artone/Provogue resurrects the much-missed Irishman, bringing his blazing talents back into the spotlight, catching the sparks of that night, and bottling a performance that stands amongst Moore's very best. It's exciting and dangerous because you have to take risks and there's no fixing afterwards."<br/>Malmsteen's breathtaking technique takes centre stage of the 100 minute concertwhilst being cocooned by exquisite musicianship throughout. The setlist tracks Malmsteen's illustrious career, from his time in Alcatrazz with "Hiroshima Mon Amour" and "Evil Eye" and through his remarkable solo career with "Rising Force," "Far Beyond The Sun," "Arpeggios from Hell" and "Seventh Sign" all the way up to his most recent material taken from 2021's 'Parabellum,' with "Wolves At The Door," "Relentless Fury", (Si Vis Pacem) Parabellum," and not to mention rousing renditions of "Paganini's 4th" and "Smoke on the Water."<br/>The name of Yngwie Malmsteen has always stood for uncompromising excellence. In a career that now spans more than 40 years he has proven himself to be a unique artist. You can try to categorise him in any way you wish. But the manner in which this supreme Swedish craftsman has continually developed his music makes Malmsteen sublimely transcend any definition you attempt to impose.
