But Orlok is also the vampire Nosferatu and when he takes a shine to Hutter's young wife Ellen (Greta Schroder), it seems that the worst is indeed possible.

From there they progress to a book signing for Giovanni and later a party but Lidia remains aloof. When they leave the party at dawn, the two are finally forced to confront the state of their marriage and consider their future together.
