SPANARNA (1987)<br/>Seattle. Polisdetektiven Chris Lecce och hans yngre kollega Bill Reimers utses att på nätterna bevaka det hus som tillhör Maria McGuire, den före detta flickvännen till polismördaren Richard "Stick" Montgomery. Montgomery har rymt från fängelset och man tror att det finns en liten chans att han kommer att uppsöka McGuire. Tycke uppstår mellan Lecce och McGuire vilket leder till problem för Lecce då hennes hus även bevakas dagtid av andra poliser som inte är lika förstående som Reimers över detta ganska oprofessionella snedsteg. Än mer problematiskt blir det för Lecce och Reimers när Montgomery dyker upp för att hämta de pengar han gömt inne i en av McGuires möbler.<br/><br/>SPANARNA 2 (1993)<br/>Oscars-belönade Richard Dreyfuss och Emilio Estevez är tillbaka som de roliga hårdkokta Seattle-poliserna - den här gången tvingas de jobba under täckmantel med en oerfaren åklagarassistent (komikern Rosie O'Donnell).
