Fantasy and reality blur as decapitations, stabbings, dismemberments and chainsaw attacks plague him in nightmarish re-enactments of horrific moments from his repertoire. Believing he may be a killer, he visits a psychiatrist to be hypnotized. But is he truly a murderer or has the blood-soaked world of horror finally tipped him over the edge?
