Ryûnosuke Kamiki stars in this Japanese sci-fi action thriller written and directed by Takashi Yamazaki. Wanting to provide for them, Koichi accepts a dangerous job clearing mines from the waters outside Tokyo, until Godzilla returns. Now even more formidable and able to immediately regenerate from injury after having been bathed in radiation from the nuclear test in 1946, Godzilla proceeds to lay waste to Tokyo.<br/><br/>As a group of civilians come together to stop Godzilla, will Koichi now be able to redeem himself?
