After he stops to find a telephone to report the incident to his boss, he returns to the car to find that Ozaki's body has vanished. Before long, this unconventional apporach incurs the hatred and derision of her fellow hospital staff, who brand her a whore and attempt to force her out. But her patients, who see her as an angel, come to her protection. In his search for relief, he meets the troubled Ana (Anapola Mushkadiz), the daughter of the powerful general for whom Marcos works as a driver, and who prostitutes herself for her own pleasure.
