In 'Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 2' (2017) pilot Peter Quill aka Star-Lord (Chris Pratt) leads his team of unlikely heroes, including alien Gamora (Zoe Saldana), warrior Drax the Destroyer (Dave Bautista), tree-like humanoid Baby Groot (voice of Vin Diesel) and raccoon Rocket (Bradley Cooper), as they continue their adventures throughout the darkest reaches of space. While struggling to keep their new-found family together, the gang come up against all manner of foes as they attempt to help Quill solve the mystery surrounding the true identity of his father. In 'Spider-Man: Homecoming' (2017) 15-year-old Peter Parker (Tom Holland) is struggling with the everyday turmoil of being a teenager, including school, homework and having a crush on a girl who's out of his league, but also has to deal with the fact that he is Spider-Man and has the ability to change the world. When he meets with Tony Stark aka Iron Man, a seasoned superhero who tries to pass on some words of wisdom, Peter is told that his priority should be working hard at school to get good grades, not donning his Spider-Man suit and fighting crime, but for Peter the urge to stop bad guys is just too overwhelming and he tries to find a way to do both. In 'Thor: Ragnarok' (2017), set after the events of 'Avengers: Age of Ultron' (2015), Thor (Chris Hemsworth) finds himself imprisoned on the far side of the universe without the use of his famed hammer. She teams up with future head of S.H.I.E.L.D. Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) to hunt down Talos, while continuing to search for answers about her true identity. In 'Avengers: Endgame' (2019), following on from 'Avengers: Infinity War' (2018), the surviving Avengers attempt to undo the destruction caused by Thanos and the Infinity Stones. Finally, in 'Spider-Man: Far from Home' (2019) Peter Parker aka Spider-Man (Tom Holland) takes a much-needed break with his friends. After Darren Cross (Corey Stoll) takes over his former mentor Pym's business he produces a similar suit to be worn by the military as well as a more powerful suit for himself, transforming him into Yellowjacket. In 'Cars 2' (2011) when slow-witted tow truck Mater travels to Tokyo with his superstar friend Lightning McQueen for the international Grand Prix, sleek Aston Martin Finn McMissile (Michael Caine) and his sidekick Holley Shiftwell (Emily Mortimer) become convinced that Mater is, despite his unassuming appearance, nothing less than a brilliant international spy. Finally, in 'Cars 3' (2017), with a new generation of highly-tuned, ultra-fast racers led by seemingly unbeatable rookie Jackson Storm (Armie Hammer) dominating races, legendary speedster Lightning McQueen suddenly finds himself being muscled out of the sport he loves. After then pushing himself to the limit and crashing out of a meet at the Los Angeles International Speedway, Lightning is forced to step away from competing in order to recover from his injuries.
