While Han Solo (Harrison Ford), Leia (Carrie Fisher), Chewbacca (Peter Mayhew) and C-3PO (Anthony Daniels) flee in the Millennium Falcon and seek refuge in the cloud city of Bespin, Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) travels to the swamp planet Dagobah to continue his Jedi training under the guidance of Jedi Master Yoda (Frank Oz).

J.J. Abrams returns to direct this ninth instalment of the epic sci-fi film series starring Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, John Boyega and Oscar Isaac. A year after the events of 'Star Wars: The Last Jedi' (2017) an evil force has reawakened, and the fractured Resistance unites to make a final stand in their battle with the First Order. Meanwhile, Supreme Leader of the First Order Kylo Ren (Driver) investigates the new threat to his power and is offered help in defeating the Resistance in exchange for finding Rey (Ridley), the last remaining Jedi. The cast also includes Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels and Ian McDiarmid.
