I boxen "Every Bit Of My Life 1967-2017" summeras ett halvt sekel Björn Skifs på skiva på 24 CD. Det är en mäktig musikalisk historieskrivning över en av Sveriges mest framgångsrika artistkarriärer någonsin. Här finns alla hans 16 soloalbum, skivorna med Björns 60-talsgrupp Slam Creepers', de två klassiska albumen med Björn Skifs och Blåblus (Blue Swede) och albumet med gruppen Zkiffz.<br/><br/>Men det slutar inte där. I boxen ingår även fyra fullmatade bonusskivor, "Singlar, duetter, outgivet och annat vol. 1-4". Där finns hits, obskyra B-sidor, höjdpunkter ur musikalsuccén "Spök!", samarbetet med låtskrivaren David Foster, och mycket mer. <br/>En stor del av materialet släpps på CD för första gången. <br/><br/>"Jag har själv aldrig ens kunnat föreställa mig att alla mina skivor skulle komma att samlas i en så här fin liten box. Men här är de - och lite till, säger en stolt Björn Skifs och fortsätter:<br/>"Det är både enastående och smått ofattbart. Något som också gör mig riktigt stolt, är att träffa folk som berättar att jag genom min musik har inspirerat dem att själva bli musiker eller sångare".<br/><br/>Boxen inkluderar en 104-sidig booklet, späckad med av unikt bildmaterial, formgiven av Pär Wickholm. I omfattande intervjuer, exklusivt gjorda för denna box, berättar Skifs och producenterna för musikjournalisten Anders Lundquist om samtliga albuminspelningar.<br/>Redaktören Lars Nylins förord placerar sångaren och uttolkaren Björn Skifs i ett större musikhistoriskt sammanhang.<br/><br/>Björn Skifs firade i våras sin 70-årsdag och kan se tillbaka på ett framgångsrikt år med succéartade arenakonserter tillsammans med Tommy Körberg, ett nytt samlingsalbum och fortsatta framgångar för showen "Lite nu och då" på Göta Lejon.<br/>Hur vill Björn själv att hans lyssnare ska känna när de fördjupar sig i boxen?<br/><br/>"Förhoppningsvis blir reaktionen något i stil med "oj, vad han har hunnit med - och en del var faktiskt inte så dumt!" "Boxen rymmer kanske inte v-a-r-j-e bit av mitt musikaliska liv, som titeln antyder - men nästan!"<br/><br/>Med "Every Bit Of My Life" blir skivartisten Björn Skifs extremt mycket tydligare än den som alltför ofta bara sammanfattas med att "Hooked on A Feeling" blev Billboardetta i USA i april 1974.

Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers famously played 20 nights at the legendary Fillmore venue in San Francisco in 1997. 6 of the shows were professionally recorded and this release features many of the high points of the residency. The small venue allowed the band to vary their sets each night; they included re-arranged and distinctive versions of their hits, deep cuts, and many cover versions-paying tribute to the artists that Tom and the band had been influenced by. The 4 CD deluxe edition includes 58 tracks, 35 of which are covers - over 4 hours of music. The 4 CDs are packaged in a box with a 32-page booklet (with previously unseen photographs), 3 custom guitar picks, a replica All Access laminate, and an embroidered patch ("The Fillmore House Band" -a term that was bestowed on The Heartbreakers during the shows at the Fillmore).

RAGGED GLORY (1990) was a non-stop celebration for the music Neil Young & Crazy Horse are still creating at full force, and was recorded at Young's Broken Arrow Ranch in Northern California. The 10 song original album is expanded for this re-issue with 4 rare tracks. "Interstate" and "Don't Spook The Horse" were both b-sides to singles. "Box Car" and the 12 minute "Born To Run" were both previously unreleased versions prior to release in the ORS 5 box. The 4 additional songs have resulted with the album expanded to 3 LPss. The album was remastered from the original analogue tapes.

Grateful Dead: Duke '78 [4 Vinyl LP]

Warner Music are delighted to announce the release of a commemorative triple black vinyl album in honour of the 40th Anniversary of IRON MAIDEN's seminal third album, The Number Of The Beast, which was also the first to feature Bruce Dickinson on vocals and was to become the record which catapulted the band to international stardom. Included in the new vinyl package is Beast Over Hammersmith - available now officially for the very first time on vinyl - featuring the live concert from March 1982's now legendary Hammersmith Odeon London show from the Beast On The Road World Tour. Recorded only days before the release of The Number Of The Beast album, its remarkable to think these now classic songs at that time were still brand new, unfamiliar and being heard live by fans for the very first time. A real piece of history in the making.<br/><br/>The package features exclusive liner notes written by Maiden founder and bassist Steve Harris as well as restored and expanded artwork taken from the CD format of Beast Over Hammersmith, previously only available in the Limited Edition Eddie's Archive boxset originally released in 2002. <br/><br/>Steve Harris comments, <br/>"On this vinyl release we get the chance to put Total Eclipse in its rightful spot on the album for the first time. The reason it didn't make it in the first place was that it was all a mad rush when we were finishing the record and we had to get the Run to the Hills single out before the tour and we basically had to pick a B-side and it was between Gangland and Total Eclipse and we just picked the wrong one, really! I think Total Eclipse is a stronger song and the album would have been stronger if it had been on there."
