Pet Shop Boys: Smash the singles 1985-2020 [3 CD + 2 Blu-ray]

Script For A Jester's Tear was Marillion debut studio album originally released on 13 March 1983, reaching number seven in the UK Albums Chart (eventually achieving a platinum status) and produced the two Top 40 singles He Knows You Know (35) and Garden Party (16).<br/><br/>Formed in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, in 1979, the band went through several personnel changes before recording their debut album. Having attracted attention with a three-track session for the Friday Rock Show they were signed by EMI Records releasing their first single, Market Square Heroes, in October 1982 with their debut album Script For A Jester's Tear following a few months later after their second single He Knows You Know.<br/><br/>The CD version will have the same audio across 4CD plus a bonus Blu-Ray featuring "The Script Interviews" a wonderful documentary covering the formation of the band through to the release of Script For A Jester's Tear in their own words.

Choosing former Roxy Music member and David Bowie collaborator Brian Eno to produce them, Talking Heads expanded their sound greatly for their second album released in 1978. More Songs About Buildings And Food stands amongst the Talking Heads' best work. The influence of producer Brian Eno stands out as he helped propel the band forwards into increasingly innovative territory. The entire album, even the minor hit, an Eno-treated cover version of Al Green's "Take Me To The River," sounds amazingly fresh some thirty-six years later. The CD format includes a blu-ray disc featuring Dolby Atmos, 5.1 and Hi-Res Stereo Mixes as well as two previously unreleased in full live performances captured on video back in 1978.

Last year, Clapton hosted and curated the seventh installment of his Crossroads Guitar Festival on September 23 and 24 at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, CA. It notably marked the event's return after a four-year break, selling out the iconic arena on both days. Not to forget, Bill Murray served as the evening's "Master of Ceremonies." <br/> <br/>Coming together, the set rotated between blues staples, American Songbook classics, and generational rock 'n' roll anthems shocked to life by this elite six-string consortium.

David Coverdale was a relatively unknown 21-year-old singer-songwriter when he joined Deep Purple in 1973. He went on to record three classic albums alongside the Rock and Roll Hall of Famers before embarking on his musical journey a few years later with his band, Whitesnake. <br/><br/>Coverdale is celebrating the 50th anniversary of his Deep Purple debut this year with a special version of The Purple Album, Whitesnake's tribute to his three-year tenure with the legendary group. This newly remixed, remastered, and expanded edition of the 2015 album features previously unreleased recordings, including the very demo that secured Coverdale's spot with Deep Purple.<br/><br/>The 2-CD/Blu-ray version of THE PURPLE ALBUM: SPECIAL GOLD EDITION goes beyond the original with the addition of live recordings and concert videos from The Purple Tour ("The Gypsy," "Mistreated"), official music videos ("Sail Away," "You Fool No One"), and an assortment of previously unreleased material, including six alternate mixes of album tracks. The Blu-ray also offers a behind-the-scenes look at the album's making and a song-by-song commentary by Coverdale.
