Robert Clouse directs this martial arts action adventure starring Bruce Lee, who died halfway through filming. When martial arts superstar Billy Lo (Lee) refuses to join a crime syndicate, they put a contract out on his life. The assassination attempt fails but his death is broadcast to the world to throw the criminals off his trail.<br/><br/>Unfortunately, they do not believe the lie and Lo is forced to face a series of adversaries to save the life of his girlfriend, Ann (Colleen Camp).

When a strange white substance comes bubbling up out of the Earth, it is discovered to be extremely tasty and marketed as a replacement for ice cream. However, after a fast food company starts selling the substance in supermarkets, it soon becomes apparent that it is actually a deadly supernatural entity which eats people from the inside out and turns them into crazed zombies. With the country in crisis it is left to former FBI agent David 'Mo' Rutherford (Michael Moriarty) to find the goo's origins and destroy it.
