'Around the World With U' is the sophomore release by Ulysses Owens Jr. with his ensemble Generation Y. Around the World with U finds Owens' band brimming with confidence earned during long stretches of global touring during which which the group released its debut, toured the globe, and went viral with a cover of Nirvana's alt-rock masterpiece "Heart Shaped Box."

In 2023, Varner won the International Ella Fitzgerald Jazz Vocal Competition, an experience which deepened her love for Ella Fitzgerald. This tribute album further illuminates her appreciation of Ella's artistry. On her new CD for Cellar Music, April never imitates her long-time idol. Instead, she captures the spirit of Ella, and mixes elements from Ella's style with her own creative imagination.

Canadian legend Bernie Senesky's new album for Cellar Music pairing him in a duo setting with a selection of outstanding saxophonists from across North America, including PJ Perry, Eric Alexander, Cory Weeds, Campbell Ryga, Vincent Herring, Pat LaBarbera, Ryan Oliver, and Kirk MacDonald.

Hendrik Meurkens returns to Brazil with 'Samba Tonto'. The album is inspired by the unique style and sound of Portinho, the legendary Brazilian drummer, who features here. The album is a mixture of hard swinging Samba Jazz and sensuous ballads and also features Justus Heher on trombone, Laura Dreyer on flute on tracks, Misha Tsiganov on piano & Fender Rhodes and Eduardo Belo on bass.
