Less than three years after their triumphant, chart-storming comeback record (#1 in Sweden, #3 in Germany) Eyes Of Oblivion, Sweden's most consistently great rock outfit is back with another banger of an album. Overdriver was recorded at Strawberry Studio & The Honk Palace and is the first HELLACOPTERS album entirely produced by Nicke Andersson. As you might expect from a HELLACOPTERS album it's filled to the brim with roaring guitars and earth-shattering grooves, fist-raising energy and anthemic choruses, while keeping the variety richer than ever before. 'Hexed' is the 10th studio album of Finnish Metal super stars Children of Bodom. It's been three years since the release of 'I Worship Chaos' and Bodom (formed in 1993) have taken time out around touring to carefully develop this new work, which packs a hell of a punch. History tells us that having an extensive timeframe to work on a project can often result in procrastination and loss of focus - but with 'Hexed' the reverse has manifest in this 11 track, impressively stripped back melo-death, rock-n-roll-rampage. 'Hexed' is a high-energy, uptempo record seething with new life but also all of the Children of Bodom trademarks that millions of fans around the world have grown to appreciate.
