The Shadow of the Guest is a new limited-edition release from Blonde Redhead, following their acclaimed 2023 album Sit Down for Dinner. The record features newly expanded versions of “Before,” “Rest of Her Life,” and “Via Savona,” recorded with the Brooklyn Youth Chorus. It also includes reimagined versions of the viral favorite “For the Damaged Coda,” including a beautiful mariachi-inspired take, as well as a collection of ambient ASMR tracks crafted by Kazu.
