As he attempts to prepare for his daughter's 25th birthday party, he has been clean for five days and is fearful of relapsing. Meanwhile, there is a problem with his latest shipment of heroin which leads to conflict with his ambitious associate Muhammed (Ilyas Agac) and the Albanian gangsters who supply him.
