A Decent Leadership - for a decentralized organisation The organisational form that gives people the very best conditions is the decentralised organisation. And the kind of leadership that provides the incentive to follow is decent leadership. In the book I give 40 pieces of advice, based on my own experience from 16 years in Atlas Copco's management as well as from many board assignments in both listed and unlisted companies. Where did decency go? From where do all the authoritarian tones come? Where did the respect go - for the difficult art of making things work? Respect for the small word "how"? With a world order now in upheaval, leadership in business becomes especially important as a role model. You will read my book with critical eyes. Quite right. Use your own experience as a counterweight to my advice. Use your own experience to deepen the questions I raise. I am mostly impressed with the writing style, got me wandering if truly this was translated from a different language aside English. The storyline get me bewitched by the characters, I love the protagonist, Tuva, and her love for horses. Ida, is a great character as well, and those guys in America, they are so lovely. It was great that despite the hate expressed towards Colorado, he still came out strong and victorious. I can't wait to read more of this series.
