In 'Scooby-Doo! and the Witch's Ghost' (1999) the gang is intrigued when horror author Ben Ravencroft (voice of Tim Curry) invites them to his New England hometown's Autumn Harvest festival. The frights begin when Ben reveals that his old home is supposedly haunted by the ghost of his ancestor, white witch Sarah (Tress MacNeille), and Scooby (Scott Innes) and Shaggy (also Innes) are soon reluctantly sniffing around for clues. In 'Scooby-Doo! On Zombie Island' (1998) the gang journey to a haunted island to investigate the ghostly legend of Moonscar the pirate (Jim Cummings), but soon find themselves tussling with cat creatures and zombies - could the ghouls actually turn out to be real for once? Finally, in 'Scooby-Doo! and the Loch Ness Monster' (2004) the gang are on holiday at Blake Castle, Daphne (Grey DeLisle)'s Scottish ancestral home, helping her family host a Highland games event. But when something gigantic - and very, very scary - appears outside the castle window, mystery and mayhem begin as Scooby Doo (Frank Welker) and crew try to solve one of history's longest-running mysteries, the myth of the Loch Ness Monster.<br/><br/><i>Typ: DVD / Box Set</i>

Adapted by Andrew Davies after his success with his work on George Elliot's 'Middlemarch' for television, 'Pride and Prejudice' was the BBC's flagship drama in the schedule for autumn 1995. The story revolves around the arrival of the wealthy Mr Darcy (Colin Firth) and party and the excitement he causes amongst the five daughters of the Bennett family. In 'Persuasion' (1995), Anne Elliott (Amanda Root) has spent years regretting her rejection of Captain Wentworth's (Ciaran Hinds) proposal of marriage. When he returns from sea they meet, but instead of finding romance are kept apart through a series of misunderstandings. Anne is being pursued by her cousin, Mr Elliott (Samuel West), while Captain Wentworth is now regarded as a very eligible bachelor. 'Northanger Abbey' (1986) stars Peter Firth and Robert Hardy. The story follows the adventures of Catherine Moorland (Katharine Schlesinger), who is invited by the romantic Henry Tilney to stay at the Abbey - and finds it to be shrouded in mystery and intrigue. In 'Sense and Sensibility' (1980), sisters Elinor and Marianne Dashwood (Irene Richard and Tracey Childs) lose their family fortune to spiteful relatives, and are forced to seek out suitable husbands in order to survive. While Marianne falls for the heartless John Willoughby (Peter Woodward), Elinor finds herself attracted to Edward Ferrars (Bosco Hogan) - who is himself betrothed to Lucy Steele (Julia Chambers). In 'Mansfield Park' (1983), Fanny Price (Sylvestra Le Touzel) struggles to adjust to her new aristrocratic lifestyle when she is sent by her debt-ridden mother to live with her rich aunt and cousins. Her 'superior' relatives constantly ignore her, and only her cousin Edmund (Nicholas Farrell) shows Fanny any interest. However, Fanny's charm and wit eventually win her many potential suitors, and before long she has to decide whether she wishes to wed for love or for status. Doran Godwin stars in 'Emma' (1972), which tells the stroy of the eponymous heroine whose chief joy in life is organising the lives of the friends with whom she surrounds herself. In 'Tremors' (1990) handymen Val McKee (Kevin Bacon) and Earl Bassett (Fred Ward) are preparing to leave the small desert town of Perfection, Nevada when their departure is halted by strange rumblings beneath the earth. When seismology student Rhonda LeBeck (Finn Carter) discovers that the tremors are being caused by giant underground monsters, the trio soon find themselves caught in a fierce battle for survival. In 'Tremors 2: Aftershocks' (1995), when workers at a Mexican oil refinery find an infestation of Graboids, they turn to Earl Bassett for help. He recruits his old friend Burt Gummer (Michael Gross) and they begin to hunt the creatures together, aided by Grady Hoover (Christopher Gartin) and scientist Kate Reilly (Helen Shaver). Unfortunately for them however, the creatures have evolved and are now able to replicate exceptionally quickly, making stopping them an almost impossible task. In 'Tremors 3: Back to Perfection' (2001) Burt returns to his hometown of Perfection and discovers that there are three Graboids in the area. As he attempts to lead the fight to destroy them, government agents seek to prevent him from hunting them. Meanwhile, things go from bad to worse when a new species of Graboid makes its presence felt. 'Tremors 4: The Legend Begins' (2004) is the prequel to 'Tremors' (1990). In 1889, workers in the remote mining town of Rejection, Nevada fall victim to an unseen predator. The mine's owner Hiram Gummer (Gross) hires gunfighter Black Hand Kelly (Billy Drago) to destroy the Graboids but with the entire town at risk, will Hiram flee or stand and fight? In 'Tremors 5: Bloodlines' (2015) survivalist star Burt and his cameraman Travis Welker (Jamie Kennedy) are called upon to help the South African Wildlife Ministry deal with a new species of Graboid. However, when they discover what they're really up against, the hunters become the hunted. In 'Tremors: A Cold Day in Hell' (2017) Burt and Travis travel to Canada to investigate reports of Graboid attacks. They fear that Graboids are being used by the American military to develop bio-weapons but face a race against time to save Burt when they learn that he has been infected by Graboid venom. Finally, in 'Tremors: Shrieker Island' (2020), big game hunter Bill (Richard Brake) has been genetically engineering Graboids, making them more powerful and intelligent and thus more challenging to hunt. When Dr. Jas Welker (Caroline Langrishe), Travis's mother, and her colleague Jimmy (Jon Heder) uncover the truth about Bill's operation, they contact Burt for help stopping the Graboids.<br/><br/><i>Typ: DVD / Box Set</i>
