When Inspector Juve (Louis de Funès) joins the hunt, Fantômas does the same, this time disguised as Juve, and then manages to escape their grasp. In 'Fantômas Unleashed' (1965), the criminal mastermind has plans for world domination and begins kidnapping scientists to help him achieve his goal. As Fandor uses Fantômas's own methods against him and attempts to lure the villain into a trap, Juve unwittingly foils his plans. Finally, in 'Fantômas vs Scotland Yard' (1967), Fantômas seeks to impose a tax upon the rich and threatens to kill anyone who does not comply with his demands.
