Joel Hoekstra är en av de hårdast arbetande gitarristerna i branschen - han har haft en unik resa som gjort honom till den nuvarande gitarristen i Whitesnake. Hoekstra har bland annat varit med i Night Ranger och även spelat gitarr i Broadwaymusikalen Rock Of Ages. Till råga på det är han också med i Trans-Siberian Orchestra och även Chers turnégitarrist. Här samarbetar Hoekstra med en mängd namnkunniga musiker, bl.a. Vinny Appice (ex Black Sabbath, ex Dio) och Tony Franklin (ex Blue Murder, ex The Firm). På sång har han rekryterat det nya indiska stjärnskottet<br/>Girish Pradhan.
