Ear Music har redan återutgett två klassiska Deep Purple livealbum, som först släpptes under namnet 'Deep Purple overseas live series'. Nu har turen kommit till den klassiska spelningen i Stockholms konserthus 1970!<br/><br/>Deep Purple hade bara några månader tidigare släppt 'In Rock' och var unga, hungriga och uppfylda av energi! Den klassiska sättningen, bestående av Ian Gillan, Ritchie Blackmore, Ian Paice, Jon Lord och Roger Glover framför klassisker som 'Speed King', 'Child In Time' och 'Black Night'. Ljudet på inspelningen har remastrats och remixats och albumet innehåller ett helt nytt CD-häfte och inkluderar unika bilder och texter. Släpps i en påkostad digipak. Inkluderar två bonusspår inspelade 1970 i Paris, en intervju med Jon Lord från 1971 och en bonus DVD som inkluderar fyra låtar från bandets framträdande på Granada TV i England 1970.

Led Zeppelin topped the charts again in 1973 with Houses Of The Holy, which features legendary tracks such as "The Song Remains The Same" and "No Quarter" while also showcasing the continuing evolution of the band's signature sound with the reggae-tinged "D'yer Mak'er" and the funk jam "The Crunge" The album has been certified diamond by the RIAA for sales of over 11 million copies.<br/><br/>In 1968, John Bonham, John Paul Jones, Jimmy Page and Robert Plant formed Led Zeppelin, one of the most influential, innovative and successful groups in modern music, having sold more than 300 million albums worldwide. The band rose from the ashes of The Yardbirds, when Page brought in Plant, Bonham and Jones to tour as The New Yardbirds. In 1969, Led Zeppelin released its self-titled debut. It marked the beginning of a 12-year reign, during which the group was widely considered to be the biggest and most innovative rock band in the world. <br/> <br/>Led Zeppelin continues to be honored for its pivotal role in music history. The band was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1995, received a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2005, and a year later was awarded with the Polar Music Prize in Stockholm. Founding members Jones, Page and Plant - along with Jason Bonham, the son of John Bonham - took the stage at London's O2 Arena in 2007 to headline a tribute concert for Ahmet Ertegun, a dear friend and Atlantic Records' founder. The band was honored for its lifetime contribution to American culture at the Kennedy Center Honors in 2012. In January of 2014, the band won their first ever Grammy award as Celebration Day, which captured their live performance at the Ertegun tribute concert, was named Best Rock Album.

CLASSIC JUDAS PRIEST METAL ON THE WAY WITH THEIR 17TH ALBUM 'REDEEMER OF SOULS' <br/><br/>There are only a select number of bands that have accomplished what Judas Priest has throughout their career (as well as having served as a stylistic influence on such a wide variety of bands). Soon the group - singer Rob Halford, guitarists Glenn Tipton and Richie Faulkner, bassist Ian Hill and drummer Scott Travis - will be offering up more classic Judas Priest metal with the release of 'Redeemer of Souls'<br/><br/>'Redeemer of Souls' is Judas Priest's latest collection of epic metal - "raising the bar is consistent for us and 'Redeemer' hits the ground running" - it matches up perfectly to earlier Priest classics as evidenced by the album's leadoff single 'March of the Damned' ("we are forging ahead, slamming the pedal to the metal!") - the band mean business once again.<br/><br/>"We feel 'Redeemer of Souls' reinforces our passion for what we believe in from the Judas Priest style heavy metal." Andra delen fokuserar på Jon Lords rockkarriär och här framträder bland andra Bruce Dickinson (Iron Maiden), Glenn Hughes (ex Deep Purple, ex Black Country Communion), Paul Weller och Mickey Moody (ex Whitesnake).
