En av musikvärldens största, Jeff Lynne återvänder med nya albumet "From Out of Nowhere".<br/><br/>Lynne har berört fans över tre generationer och med sin långa karriär i ryggen är han nu i toppform som låtskrivare, musiker och producent. Titelspåret "From Out of Nowhere" öppnar upp albumet som innehåller tio spår.<br/><br/>Jeff Lynnes senaste album "Alone in the Universe" var hans första albumsläpp på 14 år. På nya albumet hittar Lynne nya vägar med sitt signatursound. Återigen spelar han i stort sätt alla instrument själv på albumets inspelningar; gitarr, bas, piano, trummor, keyboard - samt ledsång och stämmor. Steve Jay som är albumets ljudtekniker, spelar percussion.<br/><br/>Hela albumets existens är en sann glädje, både för Lynne själv och hans fans. "From Out of Nowhere" - that's exactly where it came from,". "That's the first one I wrote for this album and it's kind of like that." It's a song about hope and salvation. Lynnes optimism lyser igenom som ett tema på albumets låtar, "Everybody's got to have a bit of hope." säger Lynne.

Rick celebrates his extraordinary story with the release of the new career-spanning compilation 'The Best of Me'. It charts that initial run of hits alongside recent fan favourites such as 'Keep Singing', 'Angels On My Side' and 'Try'. It also digs into some deep cut too, such as 'Sleeping' from 2001.<br/><br/>The set is bookended with a step into the past and an eye to the future. Again self-written, produced and recorded, opening track 'Every One of Us' is a brand new song that shows that the power of Rick Astley 2.0 is undiminished. And it closes with a new 'Pianoforte' take on 'Never Gonna Give You Up'. Dropping the peppy '80s beats for an intimate piano arrangement captures it in a new light, its inner heartbreak becoming all the more apparent.<br/><br/>Echoing that spirit of reinvention, Rick recorded a set of 'Reimagined' acoustic interpretations of his songs, old and new, for the second disc of 'The Best of Me'.
