De minimala syntdrivna ledmotiven till filmer som Halloween, Escape From New York och Assault on Precinct 13 är lika oförglömliga som sina filmer, deras tidlöshet uppenbar då Carpenter framfört dem live under flera hyllade och utsålda spelningar under 2016. <br/><br/>'Anthology: Movie Themes 1974-1998' samlar för första gången 13 klassiska ledmotiv från Carpenters karriär i en samling. Varje ledmotiv är nyinspelade med samma musiker som Carpenter har spelat in sina Lost Themes-album med, hans son Cody Carpenter och hans gudson Daniel Davies.

All Quiet on the Western Front (Im Westen nichts Neues) is a 2022 German epic anti-war film based on the 1929 novel of the same name by Erich Maria Remarque. All Quiet on the Western Front received positive reviews from critics, with praise directed towards its tone and <br/>faithfulness to the source material's anti-war message.<br/><br/>Set during World War I, it follows the life of an idealistic young German soldier named Paul Bäumer. After enlisting in the German Army with his friends, Bäumer finds himself exposed to the realities of war, shattering his early hopes of becoming a hero as he does his best to survive. The <br/>film adds a parallel storyline not found in the book, which follows the armistice negotiations to end the war.<br/><br/>All Quiet on the Western Front received a leading 14 nominations at the 76th British Academy Film Awards (winning seven, including Best Film and Best Original Score) and 9 at the 95th Academy Awards, winning 4, including Best International Feature Film and Best Original Score.<br/><br/>The score of All Quiet on the Western Front is available on black vinyl. The package includes a 4-page booklet with movie stills.

ZZ Top are readying a new album titled RAW that was recorded in connection with the band's wildly popular and critically lauded 2019 Netflix documentary That Little Ol' Band From Texas. The first track set to be released is "Brown Sugar", one of the earlier recordings in the band's career. The Grammy-nominated feature from Banger Films and director Sam Dunn includes an interlude that finds the group's classic line up -- Billy Gibbons, Frank Beard and the late Dusty Hill -- gathering for a very intimate session at Gruene Hall, "the oldest continually run dance hall in Texas" located in New Braunfels, in the heart of Texas hill country. That performance provided the basis for the RAW album release. In memory of Dusty Hill.
