I den tredje filmen i den adrenalinstinna actionserien återvänder superyrkesmördaren John Wick (Keanu Reeves) med ett högt pris på sitt huvud: 14 miljoner dollar. John Wick har bannlysts efter att ha dödat en medlem i det ljusskygga internationella yrkesmördarsällskapet Höga bordet. As Wick attempts to track down and kill Iosef he encounters the assassin Ms. Perkins (Adrianne Palicki) who is working for Viggo and eventually comes face to face with his former boss. However, the tables are soon turned when Santino puts out a hit on Wick, a bounty his fellow assassins all over the world are only too happy to collect.
