140 gram vinyl.<br/><br/>"There's a line in 'Ordinary Man' where I sing, 'I don't want to die an ordinary man,' which I don't think I will," säger Ozzy och skrattar. "Ordinary Man" är första albumsläppet på nära tio år.<br/><br/>Ozzy om inspelningen av albumet:<br/>"It was a lot of fun to do though it's a lot different from my other albums,". "We recorded it quickly, which I haven't done since the first Black Sabbath album. This made it a different process, which I actually enjoyed."<br/><br/>Albumet är inspelat i Los Angeles med albumets producent Andrew Watts på gitarr, Duff McKagan (Guns N' Roses) på bas och Chad Smith (Red Hot Chili Peppers) på trummor. Förutom nämnda musiker gästas albumet också av Ozzys vänner Elton John, Post Malone och Tom Morello.<br/><br/>"It all just came together," berättar Ozzy om gästerna på albumet. "Slash is a dear friend of mine, as is Elton. When I was writing 'Ordinary Man,' it reminded me of an old Elton song and I said to Sharon, 'I wonder if he would sing on it?' We asked and lo and behold, he agreed and sings and play piano on the song."

It can be easily misunderstood. Many will think it's about religion. Some will jump to the conclusion that I'm calling myself a Black Messiah. For me the title is about all of us. It's about the world. It's about an idea we can all aspire to. We should all aspire to be a Black Messiah. It's about people rising up in Ferguson and in Egypt and in Occupy Wall Street and everyplace where a community has had enough and decides to make change happen. It's not about praising one charismatic leader but celebrating thousands of them. Not every song on this album is politically charged (though many are) but calling this album Black Messiah creates a landscape where these songs can live to the fullest. Black Messiah is not one man.
