ROCK 'N' ROLL STAR!, containing 29 unreleased tracks, covers early songwriting demos, recordings from David's band, The Arnold Corns, rehearsals at Bowie's then-home, Haddon Hall, BBC sessions, singles, live performances, plus outtakes and alternative versions from the original album recording sessions, which have been newly mixed by original album producer, Ken Scott. <br/> <br/>Unreleased highlights include an alternative version of 'Lady Stardust', an unheard version of the deep-cut classic 'Shadow Man' and an up-tempo take of The Who's 'I Can't Explain', which he would later slow down and cover for the PIN-UPS album.<br/> <br/>The audio-only Blu-Ray disc features the definitive 2012 remaster of the original Ziggy Stardust album in 96kHz/24bit PCM stereo, plus the album and additional mixes from 2003 in DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 as well as the singles, outtakes and alternative versions in 96kHz/24 bit PCM stereo.<br/> <br/>The Blu-Ray also includes a version of the ZIGGY STARDUST album called WAITING IN THE SKY (BEFORE THE STARMAN CAME TO EARTH) taken from Trident Studio tapes dated 15th December 1971, which features an alternative running order and four songs that didn't make the final album.<br/><br/>ROCK 'N' ROLL STAR! also contains two books. The first is an extensive 112-page book with detailed liner notes, memorabilia, contemporary reviews and articles, rare photographs from Barrie Wentzel, Michael Putland, Mick Rock, Sukita and Alec Byrne, as well as brand-new notes and interviews with Ken Scott, Mark Carr Pritchett and David's plugger from the time, Anya Wilson. Accompanying the main book is a 36-page compiled reproduction of David's personal Ziggy Stardust era notebooks. <br/> <br/>The first track taken from ROCK 'N' ROLL STAR! is 'ZIGGY STARDUST' (DEMO)' recorded by Bowie on vocal and acoustic guitar in March 1971 at Haddon Hall in Beckenham.

Last year, Clapton hosted and curated the seventh installment of his Crossroads Guitar Festival on September 23 and 24 at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, CA. It notably marked the event's return after a four-year break, selling out the iconic arena on both days. Nonesuch releases a deluxe edition of Wilco's 2004 Grammy Award-winning album A Ghost Is Born. The box set comprises nine CDs - including the original album, alternates, outtakes, and demos, charting the making of A Ghost Is Born-plus the complete 2004 concert recording from Boston's Wang Center and the band's "fundamentals" workshop sessions. It includes sixty-five previously unreleased music tracks as well as a forty-eight-page hardcover book with previously unpublished photos and a new liner note by Grammy-winning writer Bob Mehr. An alternate version of "Handshake Drugs," recorded during the studio sessions at New York's Sear Sound, twenty-one years ago this month, on November 13, 2003, is available now.<br/> <br/>A Ghost Is Born was released commercially on June 22, 2004, debuting at No. 8 on the Billboard chart. The album, which Mehr calls "an eclectic array of dark ballads, upbeat pop songs, Krautrock chug, noise rock freakouts, and roots rock abandon," was widely acclaimed as one of 2004's best, appearing in year-end lists of Mojo, NPR, NME, the Associated Press, The Wire, Rolling Stone, the Village Voice, and Uncut, among many others. The album earned the band its first Grammy, for Best Alternative Music Album. The album also won a Grammy for Best Recording Package.

Vol. I was originally released on June 2, 2009, in three formats: A 10-disc deluxe edition in either Blu-ray or DVD and an 8-disc CD box.<br/><br/>Out of print for over a decade, the 8-CD box set is now being re-issued in its original format - housed in the "Garypak", a unique package designed by Young's long-time art director, the late Gary Burden. Each CD has its own custom sleeve.
