Judas Priest gjorde flera bra plattor under senare hälften av 70-talet, men det var med "British steel" från 1980 som det exploderade på allvar för dem. Uppföljaren "Point of entry" var något av en besvikelse i jämförelse med föregångaren, men nästa album "Screaming for vengeance" tog dem tillbaka till metal-toppen. Detta album är nästan lika bra som "British steel" och kan troligen stoltsera med att vara det näst bästa albumet av ett av världens största hårdrocksband. Inte så illa!
