Released in 2015, ‘Polaris’ marked a quiet shift for TesseracT - their third album, their first with Kscope & the return of original vocalist Daniel Tompkins. His presence brought focus. Instead of chasing scale, the band explored contrast: dense grooves set against clean vocals, sharp turns softened by space & melody. Tracks like “Tourniquet” & “Phoenix” ease into motion, while “Messenger” hits harder but with restraint. ‘Polaris’ builds tension not by force, but by control. This 10th anniversary edition of ‘Polaris’ is pressed on clear vinyl with new half-speed remastered audio carried out at Abbey Road Studios.

‘10 Stories Down’ is The Pineapple Thief’s fourth studio album, originally released in June 2005. The album was recorded across 2004 & 2005 with frontman Bruce Soord serving as producer. In 2023, it received a full remix & remaster treatment by Bruce Soord (mixing) & Steve Kitch (remastering). A blend of progressive rock with elements of Brit-pop, the album is often likened to the moody atmospherics of Radiohead or Muse. The album actually supersedes an earlier, limited "preview" release titled ‘12 Stories Down’ (2004), comprising rawer mixes & a few exclusive tracks. ‘10 Stories Down’ represents the definitive, polished version. ‘10 Stories Down’ stands as a defining early work for The Pineapple Thief. With its dreamy, melancholic textures & progressive compositions, it remains a fan-favourite & a landmark in the band’s evolution.
