Den handlar om musikens magiska makt, hur det kändes att växa upp och bli förtrollad av popens alla fyrverkeripjäser och bli fast i det ljuset för alltid. Musiken är ny och en hyllning till en stil jag alltid älskat. Klassisk popbandssättning med lång lugg och dessutom lite countryfiol av Malin-My. <br/><br/>-"Boken om ditt liv" har också funnits med ett tag. Jag har alltid gillat den och provat att spela in den i studion men har inte blivit riktigt nöjd. Förrän nu. Ola Gustafssons 12-strängade gitarrer och mandoliner har verkligen hjälpt till att få ordning på den. Tack.

Included in the new vinyl package is Beast Over Hammersmith - available now officially for the very first time on vinyl - featuring the live concert from March 1982's now legendary Hammersmith Odeon London show from the Beast On The Road World Tour. Recorded only days before the release of The Number Of The Beast album, its remarkable to think these now classic songs at that time were still brand new, unfamiliar and being heard live by fans for the very first time. A real piece of history in the making.<br/><br/>The package features exclusive liner notes written by Maiden founder and bassist Steve Harris as well as restored and expanded artwork taken from the CD format of Beast Over Hammersmith, previously only available in the Limited Edition Eddie's Archive boxset originally released in 2002. <br/><br/>Steve Harris comments, <br/>"On this vinyl release we get the chance to put Total Eclipse in its rightful spot on the album for the first time. The reason it didn't make it in the first place was that it was all a mad rush when we were finishing the record and we had to get the Run to the Hills single out before the tour and we basically had to pick a B-side and it was between Gangland and Total Eclipse and we just picked the wrong one, really! I think Total Eclipse is a stronger song and the album would have been stronger if it had been on there."

Originally released in 1985, Marillion's third studio album Misplaced Childhood is a concept album loosely based on Fish's childhood. Featuring the singles Kayleigh, Lavender and Heart of Lothian, the album went to #1 in the UK and was a top 10 for Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Norway. It has since gone platinum in the UK and Germany and gold in Switzerland. 1LP picture disc.

Jethro Tull celebrates the 50th anniversary of their eight studio album, Minstrel in the Gallery, with a new marbled vinyl. Originally released on 5th September 1975, the album saw the band going in a different direction from their previous work and returning to a blend of electric and acoustic songs. The new 1LP is using Steven Wilson's remix of the album.<br/><br/>That juxtaposition of acoustic and electric has been a feature of Jethro Tull's music throughout their career, but is perhaps never better exemplified than on Minstrel In The Gallery which, after earlier albums' tags of 'blues' and 'prog', is unequivocally a 'rock' album, albeit with a maturity and sophistication both lyrically and harmonically which highlighted Tull's originality.<br/><br/>It was the last album of theirs to feature bassist Jeffery Hammond. Minstrel in the Gallery was a top 20 album across the world and has since been certified gold in the US and Canada and silver in the UK.
