Jeff Beck found a kindred spirit in Johnny Depp when the two met in 2016. They bonded quickly over cars and guitars and spent most of their time together trying to make each other laugh. At the same time, Beck's appreciation grew for Depp's serious songwriting skills and his ear for music. That talent and their chemistry convinced Beck they should make an album together.<br/><br/>Depp agreed and they started in 2019. Over the next three years, they recorded a mix of Depp originals along with a wide range of covers that touches on everything from Celtic and Motown, to the Beach Boys and Killing Joke. In 2020, during the pandemic, they previewed their collaboration with their well-timed cover of John Lennon's "Isolation." <br/><br/>Beck explains the album title: "When Johnny and I started playing together, it really ignited our youthful spirit and creativity. We would joke about how we felt 18 again, so that just became the album title too."

The Europe '72 Album<br/><br/>In another industry-defying move, the Grateful Dead followed up their first Gold Record, the 1971 live showcase Skull & Roses, with another live album, one that to most fans and critics surpassed even the excellence of the previous offering. From April 7 to May 26, 1972, the Dead performed and recorded 21 live concerts, plus a set in a television studio, with every night being an exceptional display of the magic that was uniquely the live Grateful Dead. These concerts and this tour, 50 years later, are still considered one of the highest of high points in the Grateful Dead's performing career. In an era when a double album was rare enough, the Dead outdid even their own lofty standards by producing a 3-LP masterpiece that to this day is considered one of the finest live albums ever produced. Re-mastered from the original analog tapes, the album has never sounded better.

"Salvation," released on September 1, 1997, marked ALPHAVILLE's fifth studio album and signaled a new phase in their musical journey, as it was the first ALPHAVILLE album without Ricky Echolette and the last to feature Bernhard Lloyd, who left the band in 2003. The album spawned the singles "Wishful Thinking" and "Flame." It was produced by Andy Richards and, unlike its predecessors, was recorded mainly in London, at Eden Studios, with further recordings taking place at Metropolis Studios and Stone Room Studios. The mixing also took place at these three studios, plus at Nucleus recording studio. <br/>"Salvation" (Deluxe Edition) will be released as a 3 CD Deluxe Version containing the original album (remastered) on CD 1, 16 singles and and remixes on CD 2, and 17 demos and and remixes on CD 3. Also features a Digi Pack with a 16-page booklet.
