Director Ridley Scott, who created a compelling vision of the future in 'Blade Runner' and a controversial glimpse of the present in 'Thelma & Louise', took a journey into the distant past with the film '1492' which reveals the provocative story of one of the most mysterious figures in history, Christopher Colombus. It also tells one of the greatest adventure stories of the last 500 years.<br/>The 1492: Conquest of Paradise album won Vangelis an Echo Award for International Artist of the Year and an RTL Golden Lion Award for the Best Title Theme for a TV Film or Series in 1996. The album had also been nominated for Best Original Score - Motion Picture at the 50th Golden Globe Awards in 1993.

Livealbumet "Psychopatico" spelades in 1998 på D-A-D´s "Mad Days"-turné på bl.a. Roskilde Festival, Midtfyn och Skanderborg och sänds i november samma år. Året därpå fick de en Grammis för "Årets danska rocksläpp" och Gaffapriset för Årets danska album för Psychopatico". Nu släpps "Psychopatico" för första gången på vinyl, och till och med dubbelvinyl - i remastrad form. Förutom liveinspelningarna innehåller albumet, liksom originalversionen, studiospåret "Jacketless In December", som spelades in samma år.
