<p>To become and remain a TOPP-Leader, there are four areas that you need to master. These four areas are Thought Leadership, Organizational Leadership, People Leadership and Personal Leadership and they are all described here.  You find the theories and models behind each area and also what to do when you want to be a  TOPP-Leader.</p><p>As a foundation across these four areas, you find the importance of being a strong communicative leader in everything from being able to stand in front of a large audience and convey an inspiring and convincing message to one-on-one discussions, coaching and feedback.   Throughout my career as a leader for local, global and diverse teams in different industries, I have found some aspects of leadership that have proven to be important and always worked well in my own leadership. </p><p>Differences in background, education, gender, age or culture of the team members have never been a problem but rather a strong asset to build upon to deliver fantastic results over and over again. Fundamentally, I have found that people disregarding their culture and background need the same basic things from a leader to want to follow the leader and contribute to delivering the outstanding results that are expected. </p><p>Now I want to share my experiences with you, safe in the knowledge that leadership is the most important enabler to deliver positive difference and sustainable results, especially in times of change.   </p><p>Victoria Strand has 25 years theoretical and practical experience from leading large and small organizations all over the world in different industries. She has also worked as an executive coach for many leaders on different levels and stages of their careers.</p>

They soon dominated Sweden s financial world as well as its expanding export industry.</p><p>In <i>Wallenberg The Family that Shaped Sweden s Economy</i>, Gunnar Wetterberg traces the history of an outstanding Swedish family. He tells of political complications and financial brainwaves and presents the family s leading men and their feuds. Wetterberg relates the history of the Wallenbergs as a financial dynasty, intertwined with Sweden s development into a modern industrial nation. In no other country has a single family had such a strong and multi-facetted position for so many years.</p><p>Gunnar Wetterberg, born 1953, is a historian and author, initially a diplomat. Besides heading the 1992 and 1995 Medium-term Surveys at Sweden s Finance Ministry, he has been a director of the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Head of the Research &amp; Policy Department at the Swedish Confederation of Professional Associations. He was awarded the Duke Charles Prize for his biography of the Swedish Chancellor Axel Oxenstierna (1583 1654) and the Kunskaps Prize for erudition in 2008. He holds an honorary doctorate at the Arts Faculty of Lund University and is a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences and the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences.</p>
