As space and time are altered by the clock, his family are possessed and people start to die. 'Amityville: A New Generation' (1993) finds struggling photographer Keyes Terry (Ross Partridge) given a demonic mirror from the house in Amityville. People are dying and the mirror has a murderous mission for Keyes. Finally, in 'Amityville Dollhouse' (1996) Bill and Claire Martin (Robin Thomas and Starr Andreeff) stumble upon a doll's house replica of the Amityville house. They decide that it would make a perfect gift for their daughter Jessica (Rachel Duncan), but the dollhouse is home to demonic evil and the family must work together to defeat it.

The Purge is deemed a success due to plummeting crime levels and record low unemployment figures. But after placing their upmarket home under its yearly lockdown, James and Mary Sandin (Hawke and Lena Headey) and their family find themselves under siege from a crazed group of masked killers when their teenage son (Max Burkholder) offers shelter to the mob's terrified prey. In 'The Purge: Anarchy' (2014), following on from events in the previous film, a year has passed and the time for society to purge itself of all murderous and violent urges has come back around. Desperate to get home to their children before the Purge commences, a young couple (Zach Gilford and Kiele Sanchez) find themselves stranded when their car breaks down, leaving them at the mercy of a mob of masked attackers. Meanwhile, Leo Barnes (Frank Grillo), a man looking to avenge the murder of his son, becomes the reluctant protector of a mother and daughter (Carmen Ejogo and Zoe Soul) on the run. In 'The Purge: Election Year' (2016), two years on from the Purge night where Leo chose not to seek revenge against the man who killed his son, he is appointed Head of Security for presidential candidate Charlene Roan (Elizabeth Mitchell). With Charlene the front runner in the election race due to her vow to end the Purge tradition, Leo's duty is to protect her and ensure she survives the upcoming Purge, the one night where lawless violence and chaos prevail. When an unfortunate turn of events results in the pair being cast out onto the streets of D.C. on the night of the Purge, they must seek help from a band of anti-Purge rebels in order to survive. In the prequel 'The First Purge' (2018), in an attempt to bring the crime rate down below one percent, the New Founding Fathers of America decide to sanction a social experiment which will allow citizens to vent their anger and frustration in a secluded community for one night only. However, the violence soon spirals out of control and trouble begins to spread across the country. Finally, in 'The Forever Purge' (2021), set eight years after the events of 'The Purge: Election Year', the annual Purge is reinstated by the New Founding Fathers of America. Migrant couple Adela and Juan (Ana de la Reguera and Tenoch Huerta) are forced into hiding to survive the lawless night, but when they emerge the following day, they discover that a band of nationalist militants known as the Purge Purification Force have decided that the Purge must be extended indefinitely. As the violence spreads throughout Texas and across the country non-Americans desperately try to escape across the border to safety.

Father Andrew Kiernan (Byrne) is sent to investigate by the Vatican, and although initially dismissive, he gradually begins to realise that Frankie is carrying an important message for mankind. However, Kiernan's corrupt superior, Cardinal Houseman (Jonathan Pryce), wants Frankie's message stopped, and is prepared to resort to extreme lengths to achieve his aims.

Now trapped in a monstrous form, Frank asks Julia to supply him with victims so that he can regenerate, but the Cenobites will not let him go so easily... 'Hellbound: Hellraiser II' (1988) follows psychiatrist Dr. Phillip Channard (Kenneth Cranham) in his quest to reach the world of the Cenobites. After freeing Julia Cotton from their world, he brings patients to her so that she can feed on them and regenerate, but Julia has her own plans for Channard... Meanwhile, Kirsty (Ashley Laurence), Julia's step-daughter, is tricked into travelling to Hell. In 'Hellraiser III: Hell On Earth' (1992), reporter Joey Summerskill (Terry Farrell) battles Pinhead, who is now devoid of humanity and determined to lay waste to Earth. If she is to defeat him, she must reunite his human spirit with his Cenobite form and use the puzzle box to send him back to Hell. However, if she fails, Pinhead will bring forth Hell on Earth... Finally, 'Hellraiser: Bloodline' (1996) explores the origins of the Lament Configuration. In 18th century France, Toymaker Phillip LeMarchand (Bruce Ramsay) is employed by the Duc de L'Isle (Mickey Cottrell) to create a puzzle box, unaware that it will be used to summon a demon, Angelique (Valentina Vargas). LeMarchand's bloodline is cursed and the fates of his descendents are now intertwined with those of Angelique and Pinhead, unless one of them can permanently seal the gateway to Hell...

Her classmates are dismissive, claiming that the deaths are just freak coincidences, but as Natalie investigates more closely, she realises that not only is there a sinister pattern behind the murders, but she may well be the next victim. In 'Urban Legends: Final Cut' (2000) the students at Alpine University have staged a competition to see who can make the best horror film. But when production begins on Amy (Jennifer Morrison)'s entry, actress Sandra (Jessica Cauffiel) is slain by a masked killer and the murder is captured on film. Many of Amy's fellow students believe the murder to be a hoax, but when the killer strikes again, the evidence becomes impossible to ignore. Finally, in 'Urban Legends - Bloody Mary' (2005) an urban legend is re-enacted as three teenage girls mysteriously disappear on homecoming night. The next day they resurface with no memory of their disappearance. Those responsible for the prank begin to be killed off one by one in urban legend fashion while Sam (Kate Mara) races to solve the mystery behind the murders and its connection to the past before it's too late.
