The team are sceptical about the possibility of alien life - until they find themselves beamed aboard a UFO. In 'Scooby-Doo! and the Witch's Ghost' (1999) the gang is intrigued when horror author Ben Ravencroft (voice of Tim Curry) invites them to his New England hometown's Autumn Harvest festival. The frights begin when Ben reveals that his old home is supposedly haunted by the ghost of his ancestor, white witch Sarah (Tress MacNeille), and Scooby (Scott Innes) and Shaggy (also Innes) are soon reluctantly sniffing around for clues. In 'Scooby-Doo! On Zombie Island' (1998) the gang journey to a haunted island to investigate the ghostly legend of Moonscar the pirate (Jim Cummings), but soon find themselves tussling with cat creatures and zombies - could the ghouls actually turn out to be real for once? Finally, in 'Scooby-Doo! and the Loch Ness Monster' (2004) the gang are on holiday at Blake Castle, Daphne (Grey DeLisle)'s Scottish ancestral home, helping her family host a Highland games event. Finally, in 'The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge On the Run' (2021), when his pet snail Gary (Kenny) is kidnapped, SpongeBob and Patrick set off on a quest to find him. Believing himself to be the last of his kind, he is thrilled to hear that a female macaw of the same species has been spotted in South America. Blu must now overcome his social ineptitude and fear of flying and set out for Rio de Janeiro to track down the feisty and independent Jewel (Hathaway) and try to win her heart. In 'Rio 2' (2014), following their romantic escapades in the first film, Blu and Jewel are now happily married macaws with three children. Adventure lies in wait for the fledgling family when they leave Rio de Janeiro for the wilds of the Amazon to visit relatives. Not only does Jewel's estranged father Eduardo (Andy Garcia) intimidate Blu - who is already out of his comfort zone so far from the city - but Nigel (Jermaine Clement), his nemesis, returns with his heart set on revenge. To complicate matters further, Blu and Jewel learn that the fragile habitat of the Amazon faces a grave threat. Despite the warning, Velma and her friends Shaggy (Matthew Lillard), Fred (Welker), Daphne (Grey DeLisle) and Scooby-Doo decide to investigate and soon find themselves in some bizarre and troubling situations. In 'Stage Fright' (2013) the gang head to Chicago to see the 'Talent Star' show but instead they find themselves trying to solve the mystery of The Phantom (Troy Baker) who is threatening to ruin the competition. In 'Moon Monster Madness' (2015) Shaggy, Fred, Daphne, Velma and Scooby win places on board a spaceship and head out on their journey along with various characters including billionaire Sly Baron (Malcolm McDowell) and astronaut Shannon Lucas (Jennifer Hale). While they are in space they encounter an alien who wreaks havoc with their vessel and they are forced to land on the moon. Can the gang catch the alien and get everyone safely back to Earth? In 'Music of the Vampire' (2012) the gang take a well-earned vacation to the Vampire Festival in Little Bat Village where they find themselves battling a fearsome, revived vampire who wants Daphne to be his bride.<br/><br/><i>Typ: DVD</i>
