But in his pursuit of justice, Alex begins to question the conflicting loyalties he experiences between his employer, former lover and the supposed terrorist organisation. In 'Nemesis 2 - Nebula' (1995), set 73 years after the events of the first film, cyborgs are now ruling the world and have enslaved the human race. The only hope offered to them is through a team of scientists who claim to have invented a super strain of DNA which will produce a mutant human so powerful it can destroy all robots. However, when the cyborgs discover this threat to their power, they enlist bounty hunter Nebula (Chad Stahelski) to eliminate it. In 'Deadpool 2' (2018), after he loses his fiancée Vanessa (Morena Baccarin), Deadpool is unable to find a way to end his life and so he reluctantly joins the X-Men. When he meets Russell Collins (Julian Dennison), a young mutant with incredible powers who is being abused by staff at the orphanage where he lives, Deadpool's violent response has dangerous consequences for them both. Meanwhile, Cable (Josh Brolin), a cybernetic soldier with the ability to time-travel, is hunting Russell and so Deadpool forms a team of mutants called X-Force to help him to protect the boy and thwart Cable's plans. Finally, in 'Deadpool & Wolverine' (2024), when Deadpool learns that Mr Paradox (Matthew Macfadyen) from the Time Variance Authority is planning to destroy his universe, he embarks on a mission to find a Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) variant who can help him to save his world from annihilation. As they prepare to travel to America to confront and take down Poppy and her crew, the Kingsmen contact their American counterparts, Statesman, who agree to help them in their quest. Although they have the same agenda - save the world - the Kingsmen and the Statesmen have very different methods and values but they must put these aside and work together if they stand any chance of bringing down the Golden Circle. Finally, in 'The King's Man' (2021), when some of history's most evil figures, including assassin Gavrilo Princip (Joel Basman), spy Mata Hari (Valerie Pachner) and monk Grigori Rasputin (Rhys Ifans), join forces to plot the outbreak of the First World War, aristocrat Orlando Oxford (Ralph Fiennes) sets out to stop them. In 'Mythica: The Necromancer' (2015) Peregus Malister (Robert Jayne), the master of the Thieves Guild, has taken Thane hostage and it's up to Marek and her friends to save him. To do so, they must help Marek's former owner by tracking down a rogue smuggler but they face many unexpected dangers along the way. 'Mythica: The Iron Crown' (2016) sees Marek steal the last shard of the legendary Darkspore with the intention of bringing it to the gods who can protect it from those who would abuse its power. Unfortunately for Marek and her companions, she is being hunted by the very people she is trying to escape. Can she deliver the Darkspore before a dreaded necromancer can use it to summon his servants and cover the world in darkness? In 'Mythica: The Dragon Slayer' (2016) time is running out for Marek, Dagen and their allies as they try to defeat the Lich King and protect the world from the chaos he seeks to unleash. His hellish minions and dark sorcery threaten to cast down the gods themselves and plunge the world into eternal darkness. Marek's only hope is to obtain a legendary artefact of the gods and draw out the power within herself or her arduous journey will have been in vain.
