In 'Godzilla' (2014), when a devastating event is covered up as a natural disaster, nuclear physicist Joe Brody (Bryan Cranston) realises something much more sinister is to blame. Scientists Dr Ichiro Serizawa (Ken Watanabe) and Dr Vivienne Graham (Sally Hawkins) reveal that in 1954 a powerful monster was awakened and though 'nuclear tests' were carried out in the Pacific Ocean to destroy it, the creature has now returned. With the US Armed Forces, including Joe's son Navy Lieutenant Ford Brody (Aaron Taylor-Johnson), called into action, humanity fights for its survival. In 'Kong: Skull Island' (2017), for decades, Bill Randa (John Goodman) has hunted for the proof he needs to convince the world of what he already knows: monsters are real. And in a group of US servicemen commanded by Lieutenant Colonel Packard (Samuel L. Jackson), he thinks he has found the opportunity to get it. The crew, including photographer Weaver (Brie Larson) and Captain James Conrad (Tom Hiddleston), set out for a remote island in the Pacific shrouded in mystery. But when they arrive, they are met with the unassailable Kong. Packard confronts Randa, demanding he reveal what he knows before they are all slaughtered. Caught between the fearsome Kong who rules the island and the terrifying creatures that live below, the group must act quickly if they are to survive, and if Randa is to finally reveal the secret of the giant gorilla to the world. In 'Godzilla: King of the Monsters' (2019), five years after Godzilla wreaked havoc in San Francisco, a host of new titans have awakened to challenge his dominance. While a debate rages about whether the ancient monsters should be killed, the cryptozoological agency Monarch faces off against a group of eco-terrorists who seek to control the monsters and bring about the end of civilisation. As Godzilla battles with Mothra, Rodan and King Ghidorah, Monarch scientists Dr Emma and Mark Russell (Vera Farmiga and Kyle Chandler) and their daughter Madison (Millie Bobby Brown) are drawn into the conflict and race to avert global disaster. In 'Godzilla Vs Kong' (2021), after Godzilla attacks a facility belonging to Apex Cybernetics, a team of researchers enlist Kong's help to guide them to the Titans' ancient home world in the Earth's core. A clash of the giant monsters threatens to derail the mission, but the adversaries are forced to join forces when a more powerful enemy emerges from the Apex labs. Finally, in 'Godzilla X Kong: The New Empire' (2024), a Hollow Earth outpost picks up a mysterious signal which stirs Godzilla into a frenzy. Meanwhile, Kong explores the depths of a sinkhole and makes an incredible discovery. As scientist Dr Ilene Andrews (Rebecca Hall) sets out to locate the origin of the signal, Godzilla and Kong must combine forces if they are to defeat a new, devastating enemy which threatens humanity's continued existence.<br/><br/><i>Typ: Blu-ray / Box Set</i>

In 'Jurassic Park' (1993) eccentric scientist John Hammond (Richard Attenborough) plans to open a theme park on Isla Nublar populated by live dinosaurs which have been genetically engineered from DNA found in a preserved prehistoric mosquito. Archaeologists Alan Grant (Sam Neill) and Ellie Sattler (Laura Dern) are invited to view the park along with chaos theory expert Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum), only to find themselves being hunted when the dinosaurs break free. The sequel 'The Lost World: Jurassic Park' (1997) is set four years later on the neighbouring Isla Sorna where the dinosaurs for the park were bred. John Hammond contacts Ian Malcolm and asks him to visit the island to document the dinosaur activity. When he learns that his girlfriend, paleontologist Dr. Sarah Harding (Julianne Moore) is already on the island, he agrees to go, not realising that a rival expedition is on its way with plans to capture the dinosaurs and transport them to the mainland. 'Jurassic Park III' (2001) sees Alan Grant approached by Paul and Amanda Kirby (William H. Macy and Téa Leoni), a wealthy couple who want a guide to escort them on a flight over Isla Sorna. Grant agrees to take the flight but as soon as they are over the island, the couple attempt a landing. Grant discovers that their son is lost on the island and they are desperate to find him but when a dinosaur attack disables the plane, the rescue party finds itself stranded and at the mercy of the island's prehistoric inhabitants. 'Jurassic World' (2015) is set 22 years after 'Jurassic Park' (1993) when Isla Nublar is reopened as a theme park. In order to boost attendance, operations manager Claire Dearing (Bryce Dallas Howard) asks the park's geneticists to create genetically modified hybrid dinosaurs, the latest product of their experimentation being the Indominus rex. But when the Indominus rex escapes and begins killing other dinosaurs for sport, it's left to park staff member and behavioural researcher Owen Grady (Chris Pratt) to save the park's inhabitants. In 'Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom' (2018), the Jurassic World theme park now lies in ruins and the dinosaurs of Isla Nublar have been left to roam freely on the island. However, with a massive volcanic eruption threatening their existence, Claire Dearing recruits Owen Grady and the two return to the island in a bid to rescue the remaining dinosaurs from the impending disaster. With time running out, the pair soon find their plans complicated further when they uncover a conspiracy which could put the future of the world at risk. In 'Jurassic World: Dominion' (2022), dinosaurs now live alongside humans all over the world. Owen Grady and Claire Dearing are joined by Alan Grant, Ellie Sattler and Ian Malcolm to try to determine whether the two species can live together in peace. Finally, 'Jurassic World: Rebirth' (2025) is set five years later when most of the world's surviving dinosaurs have settled in remote tropical regions. Mercenary Zora Bennett (Scarlett Johansson) is recruited by a pharmaceutical company to obtain DNA from three different species of hybrid dinosaurs to further life-saving and lucrative medical research. 'Pressure Point' sees Blake attempting to destroy the Federation's control centre, only to walk into a trap set by Travis. In 'Trial', Travis is made a scapegoat by Servalan for their failure to capture Blake. 'Killer' sees Blake and his crew stumbling upon a derelict spaceship whilst on a mission to crack the Federation's new transmission code. The craft houses a deadly plague which could threaten the existence of the entire universe. In 'Hostage', Travis tries to trap Blake by kidnapping his cousin, Inga. 'Countdown' sees Blake and crew coming to the aid of the planet Albian, whose population are dying from radiation poisoning. In 'Voice from the Past', a telepathic signal forces Blake to reroute the Liberator to an asteroid where Travis lies in wait. Whilst 'Gambit' sees Blake, Cally and Jenna visit a gambling world to find the man who knows the location of the Federation's Star One. Avon and Villa, meanwhile, choose to take Orac on an illicit gambling spree. In 'The Keeper', Blake tries to obtain the key to Star One from a tribal chief on the planet Goth. However, Travis has beaten him to it. After discovering that a number of the passengers had a reason to kill her, Poirot faces a race against time to solve the case before the ship reaches port. 'Murder On the Orient Express' (1974) follows Belgian detective Hercule Poirot (Albert Finney) as he travels back to London aboard the Orient Express. Heading into heavy weather, it's not long before the train becomes stuck in snow while travelling through Yugoslavia. When one of the passengers, millionaire Ratchett (Richard Widmark), is murdered overnight, Poirot faces a race against time to discover the identity of the killer. Finally, in 'Endless Night' (1971) young heiress Ellie (Hayley Mills) has recently married her chauffeur and moves into a large and well-appointed house. But before long her dream home turns into a nightmare, as strange and mysterious events push her to the brink of sanity.
