Norman Jewison directs this musical drama based on the 1970 concept album by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice. A group of modern-day performers seeking to re-enact the events of Jesus Christ (Ted Neely)'s last days on Earth before his crucifixion tell his story from the perspective of Judas Iscariot (Carl Anderson).
