VAT and Customs for Norway

For an order value over 350 NOK, norwegian VAT may be added and the shipment has to be collected at your Post Office.

Prices for EU are quoted in Swedish kronor and include VAT.

Prices for Norway are quoted in Swedish kronor and does not include VAT. Norwegian VAT may be added by Norwegian Customs.

The shipping cost depend on which country you order from and are displayed in the table below.
We have a flat rate shipping cost, independent of the number of products in your shipment.

Shipping cost is always added to foreign orders, if article is marked "Fraktfritt" ("Free Shipping") this is only valid for shipping in Sweden.

Delivery time

The normal delivery time for products in stock is 6 working days, counting from the day the order was placed. Expect a longer time for delivery when ordering products that we don’t keep in stock.

Confirmation

We will send an order confirmation with information about your purchase by e-mail as soon as we have received your order. This email is your order confirmation and we strongly recommend that you save the order confirmation if you should need to contact our Customer Service.

Back ordered products/future releases

If an order contains a product that are out of stock, and/or a product that hasn´t been released yet, the whole order will be kept on hold until a full delivery can be completed. Part delivery can be made but only after contact with our Customer Service. kundservice@ginza.se

Cancelling and changing an order

You have the possibility to without any costs change/cancel your order until the packet has been packed at Ginza.se. Changes can be done after contact with our Customer Service. After your order has been packed changes cannot be done.

Return policy

As a private person (consumer) you have the right to regret a purchase within 14 days from the day that you received the item or an essential part of it. Please contact Customer Service regarding your claims in order to properly register the return with Ginza.se. Customer Service will provide you with return instructions and return address.
The returned product must be unused and in an undamaged state in its original package (seals or plastic must be intact). Return the product together with the invoice, or a copy. State the cause of the return. You will have to pay the return postage.
The right of return is not valid for companies.

Complaints

If you should receive a damaged or incorrectly delivered product, please contact Customer service at Ginza.se upon receiving the item or at the latest within 14 days after receiving the item. Customer service will handle your complaint and send you a return label with pre-paid postage. Return the product in the state that it was received together with a damage or error report. The returned product must be in a largely unused state in its original package. Return the product together with the invoice or a copy. Keep a personal copy as it is also your Certificate of Guarantee.

IMPORTANT! It´s very important that you contact Customer service before you return incorrectly delivered or damaged products to get the return request approved and the return postage paid. kundservice@ginza.se

Transportation

Ginza takes the economic responsibility if products are damaged or missing during transport. You are however required to contact our Customer Service within 14 days. The economic responsibility is yours if products are damaged or missing during the return transport.
