Satirical drama directed by Maurice Hatton and starring Charles Gormley and Neville Smith. Charlie (Gormley) and Neville (Smith) are a directing and scriptwriting partnership searching for the funding and the staff required to make their envisioned film, 'Gulf and Western', a reality.
